Self-Guided Planning Tools
Our self-guided tools generate documents based on the information you provide and on general principles of Florida law. Self-guided plans are prepared by you, without individualized attorney review, unless you select an Attorney-Guided plan or separately engage the Firm for review. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter and for ensuring documents are properly executed under Florida law.
Accounts and Portal Use
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
- You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the site.
Payments
Fees for plans and services are described at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor subject to its own terms. Any refund or cancellation terms applicable to a particular plan will be presented at the time of purchase or in your engagement agreement.
