Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made through Cornerstone Wealth & Legacy Law, PLLC ("the Firm," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Florida Estate Kit self-guided plans and attorney-guided plans. We want you to feel confident in your purchase — please read this policy and contact us with any questions before you buy.
Self-Guided Plans (Florida Estate Kit)
Self-guided plans deliver your documents digitally and immediately after payment. Because of the nature of digital legal-document preparation:
- Before your documents are generated and unlocked: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- After your documents are generated and unlocked: sales are generally final, because the prepared documents have already been delivered to you. If you believe there is an error in your documents, or you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days and we will work to correct the issue or, at our discretion, provide a partial or full refund.
Attorney-Guided Plans
Attorney-guided plans include personalized review and time from a licensed Florida attorney. For these plans:
- If you cancel before the attorney begins reviewing your plan, you may request a full refund.
- Once attorney review has begun, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, contact us and we will discuss a fair resolution based on the work completed.
Add-Ons & Amendments
Document add-ons, amendments, restatements, and similar services are prepared on request and are non-refundable once the work has been performed.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email arthur@cornerstonewealthlegacy.com or call (877) 867-6077 with your name and the email used for your order. We respond to refund requests promptly.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we are committed to making things right, and most disputes can be resolved directly and faster than a chargeback.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable Florida and federal consumer-protection law, which are not waived by this policy.
Changes to This Policy
